A great way to draw your big picture is to create a plan. This plan can include diet, exercise, sleep, managing stress or whichever areas you’d like to focus on. Having an accountability partner is a way that can help you make great progress and show results. People are more likely to achieve their goals if they have someone who is regularly checking in to hold them accountable. Be patient with yourself and trust the process.
