    5. List of directors/partners and shareholders of your business entity.
    6. If you’re employing a consultant to file the application, provide an affidavit stating that you gave them that authority.
  2. Documents required for spice board registration: Manufacturer Category

Documents that are similar for both categories of exporters.

  1. IEC code obtained from the DGFT
  2. PAN card of your business entity (it can be a company, a partnership or an LLP)
  3. Documents associated with your business entity:

Step 3: Go online and give the application form

Once you have the documents, upload them to your system. Open your browser and go to the official website of Spice board of India. Registration process initiates from there.

  1. Register as a new user on that website. Provide the following info to do so:
    • IEC code
    • Valid email ID
    • Mobile No
  2. Upon submission, you’ll receive a one-time password on your cell phone. use it access your account, change the main password and finally get access to your dashboard.
  3. Your dashboard will highlight the option of Spice Board Registration application form. Click it.
  4. Fill the application form
  5. Upload the documents when prompted.
  6. Submit the application by paying the requisite fees.

Step 4: Monitor the status of your application

Scrutiny of your application will begin almost at the instant you press the submit button. If you’ve any unfinished details, the site will tell you to furnish them  as soon as possible.
